Hockey; The Blood Sport That Will Not Die
Professional Hockey has seen better days with attendance and popularity. Junior or kids hockey seems to be doing well and in high schools and colleges in the colder regions, it is alive and well too. Hockey, well it is the Blood Sport That Will Not Die. But why? Well because luckily even with the changing of our society there are a few real men left and those men left to their own devices do not chose to play any sissy sport. No Sir, it is Hockey all the way. If you cannot handle blood do not play the game. Perhaps you have seen the bumper sticker; Giver Blood Play Hockey! Indeed and a good bumper sticker it is, as well as a great sport to play and to watch. And yet as our societies produce more mama’s boys and weakness it appears that our civilizations are moving away from real sports and the moms would rather their sons play Badminton I guess? Personally I am sick of all this political correctness and weakness we are nurturing into our society, if a man cannot play Hockey due to his fears or weakness than he, well he really is not a man at all. And may I ask why he does not just cut that thing off and become a unic? Because if he has no balls, why does he even need that thing hanging off him anyway. Too harsh on my fellow man you say?
